How American Justice Center Uses Personal Information Collected Online

We use the information you provide about yourself when asking to be contacted about a case only to complete that request for contact. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the requested contact.

We use the information you provide about someone else when asking to be contacted by an attorney only to better answer your legal questions. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your request to speak to an attorney about your case.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our contact form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

At certain points where personal information is collected on our site, there may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a list to receive information about other American Justice Center services. This election box only appears in places where the department collecting personal information maintains such lists. At any time you can add or remove your name from a American Justice Center list by contacting us at privacyreview@AmericanJusticeCenter.com.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
